The location proved very convenient, directly across from the tate modern. our room included a view of the river. A lovely bonus. the kitchen facilities were well provided.
the hotel felt difficult to find and only one door existed to the hotel in the back. the lobby bathroom requires walking down flights of stairs to the basement, it was quite dark. the bathroom is for men and women in the same common area, with only a stall wall between, it felt uncomfortable for me.

a fantastic central stay!
nice designperfect location
i really appreciated the yoga mat available right in the room it encouraged a peaceful start to my day. i found the design very nice and clean throughout the building. the location worked perfectly for exploring many sites near the thames.

The location was great and the shower was nice.
The room cleanliness was not good. I found hairs on the window frames and dust on the sofa. The lighting in the room was also poor making it feel dark. I was really disappointed.

i found the washing machine great. the coffee shop offered wonderful service plus a range of options. i really loved the location and helpful staff. the team made check in and out super easy for me
the hot water in the kitchen sometimes did not work. i paid extra for a view room but faced a building site. the settee was too uncomfortable and impractical to sit on plus there were dishwasher tabs, but no dishwasher
